Should a big group stay at one Disney resort hotel or split up?
For most groups, one resort hotel is the right call. A big group spends all day in the parks, together or in smaller groups. One resort hotel keeps the trip shared

Pick the tiers along one travel line, such as two Disney Skyliner stops, so crossing between resort hotels stays one short ride. There are clean ways to handle different budgets on one trip.
- Different trip lengths. When one family stays a week and another joins for three nights, separate resort hotels cost the group little. The overlap days happen in the parks anyway.
Booking rooms near each other
Book every room on the same day, then link the confirmation numbers in My Disney Experience. Put the same request on each reservation, such as rooms near each other, and repeat it at online check-in. One person or one travel advisor booking all the rooms at once gives the resort hotel one list of rooms to place together.
