Grocery delivery to your Disney Resort hotel
- Delivery to your resort. Services like Instacart, Amazon Fresh, and Walmart+ deliver groceries straight to Bell Services at any Disney Resort hotel.
- Bell Services holds everything. The resort stores your order — including cold items — until you pick it up. A handling fee applies if you ask them to bring it to your room.
- Small fridge in every room. Standard rooms have a mini refrigerator, not a full fridge. Order small containers and skip anything that needs a freezer.
- Resort gift shops carry basics. Every Disney Resort hotel gift shop stocks snacks, drinks, sunscreen, medicine, diapers, and other essentials.
- Order before you arrive. Schedule delivery for your check-in day so supplies are waiting when you get to the resort.

You can have groceries, snacks, drinks, and supplies delivered to any Walt Disney World® Resort hotel before you arrive. Third-party services like Instacart, Amazon Fresh, and Walmart+ handle the shopping and drop everything off at your resort’s Bell Services desk. The resort holds your order — including cold items — until you pick it up.
This saves money on park food and keeps your room stocked with breakfast items, bottled water, snacks, and anything else your family needs.
How grocery delivery works at Disney Resort hotels
The process is simple. You place an order through a delivery app, schedule a delivery window, and include your resort’s name and address. The driver drops your bags at Bell Services — the front desk team at your Disney Resort hotel. They store everything until you are ready.
Bell Services has refrigerators and freezers, so cold items stay safe. When you want your groceries, stop by the Bell Services desk and pick them up yourself at no charge. If you prefer to have them brought to your room, the resort charges a handling fee per delivery.
Schedule your delivery for your check-in day, even if you arrive late. Bell Services accepts deliveries all day and holds them until you are ready.
In the delivery notes, include:
- Your full name, matching the name on your reservation
- The word “Guest”
- Your arrival date
Delivery services that work at Disney Resort hotels
Several services deliver to every Disney Resort hotel on property. Each one works a little differently.
- Instacart. Instacart connects you to local stores like Publix, Target, ALDI, and Costco. You browse the store’s full selection, pick your items, and a shopper handles the rest. Delivery fees start low for orders above a minimum, and an Instacart+ membership includes free delivery on qualifying orders. Some credit cards include Instacart+ as a perk — check yours before signing up.
- Amazon. Amazon Prime members can order through Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods Market in the Orlando area. Delivery is free for Prime members who meet the order minimum. You can schedule a delivery window just like a regular Amazon order. Amazon Fresh works well if your family already has a Prime membership. The selection is broad, and delivery windows are reliable.
- Walmart. Walmart+ members get free delivery from the nearest Walmart Supercenter. The store carries groceries, baby supplies, snacks, bottled water, over-the-counter medicine, and basic household items. A Walmart+ membership also includes a free trial period, so you can sign up just for your trip.
- Garden Grocer. Garden Grocer is a local Orlando service built specifically for Disney Resort hotel guests. They have delivered to Walt Disney World Resort for over a decade. You order through their app or website, and schedule a delivery window. Garden Grocer requires a minimum order and charges a flat delivery fee. Orders placed well in advance qualify for early-order discounts. The service also delivers alcohol, though you must be present at the resort to receive it.
Delivery options in the Orlando area change from time to time — a Good Story Vacations advisor can tell you which services are currently available for your resort.

What to order
The right grocery list depends on your room type. Standard rooms at Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Disney Resort hotels have a mini refrigerator — not a full-size refrigerator. It holds a few drinks, some fruit, and a small container of milk, but not much more. There is no freezer.
Family suites at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s All-Star Music Resort have the same mini refrigerator. Deluxe Villa Disney Resort hotel villas and cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort have full-size refrigerators with freezers and full kitchens, so you can stock up on much more.

For a standard room, focus on items that fit a small fridge and do not need a freezer.
- Breakfast basics. Cereal, granola bars, muffins, bagels, peanut butter, and small containers of milk or juice.
- Snacks for the parks. Trail mix, crackers, fruit snacks, and individually wrapped treats that fit in a park bag.
- Drinks. Bottled water, juice boxes, and sports drinks.
- Baby and toddler supplies. Formula, baby food pouches, diapers, wipes, and small snack cups.
- Medicine and toiletries. Sunscreen, pain relievers, allergy medicine, blister bandages, and aloe vera gel for sunburns.
Skip full gallons of milk — a half gallon barely fits. Buy small containers and restock mid-trip if needed. Ice is free from resort ice machines, and a small cooler bag from home can extend your cold storage. The packing list covers what to bring from home versus what to order ahead.

Disney Resort gift shops
Every Disney Resort hotel has a gift shop that doubles as a convenience store. The shop carries snacks, microwaveable meals, and basic toiletries. You will also find sunscreen, diapers, baby medicine, phone chargers, batteries, and small first-aid supplies.
Gift shop prices run slightly higher than a grocery store, but the convenience is hard to beat. If you forgot sunscreen or need a quick breakfast item, the gift shop is open early and stays open late.
The packaged food section of your resort’s quick-service restaurant also stocks grab-and-go items like fruit, yogurt, bottled drinks, and pre-made sandwiches. These are available from early morning and pair well with a dining plan if your family adds one to your package.
Tips for a smooth delivery
- Use your resort’s street address. Enter the address for the front lobby — not a building number or bus stop. A quick web search for your resort’s name plus “address” gives you the right one.
- Add your name and “Guest” to the delivery notes. Use the same name as your reservation and include the word “Guest” so Bell Services knows the order belongs to a hotel guest. Add your arrival date and phone number if the app has a notes field.
- Schedule for check-in day. Deliveries work best when timed to your arrival. Bell Services holds everything, so it does not matter if you arrive after the delivery.
- Know your fridge size. Standard rooms have a mini refrigerator, not a full-size fridge. It fits a few drinks, some fruit, and a small container of milk — plan your order around what the mini refrigerator can hold.
- Bring a cooler bag. A collapsible soft cooler takes up almost no suitcase space and gives you extra cold storage with ice from the resort ice machines.
- Order smaller sizes. Half-gallon milk, small juice bottles, and snack-size packages fit the mini refrigerator much better than full-size containers.
