How grocery delivery works at Disney Resort hotels
The process is simple. You place an order through a delivery app and schedule a delivery window. Include your resort’s name and address. The driver drops your bags at Bell Services (the front desk team at your Disney Resort hotel). Bell Services stores everything until you are ready.
Bell Services has refrigerators and freezers, so cold items stay safe. When you want your groceries, stop by the Bell Services desk and pick them up yourself at no charge. If you prefer to have them brought to your room, the resort charges a handling fee per delivery.
Schedule your delivery for your check-in day, even if you arrive late. Bell Services accepts deliveries all day and holds them until you are ready.
Add these details to the delivery notes.
- Your full name. It should match the name on your reservation.
- The word “Guest.”
- Your arrival date.
Delivery services that work at Disney Resort hotels
You have four options. Grocery delivery services bring food right to your resort. Here is how each one works.
- Instacart. Instacart connects you to local stores like Publix, Target, ALDI, and Costco. You browse the store’s full selection, pick your items, and a shopper handles the rest. Delivery fees start low for orders above a minimum. An Instacart+ membership includes free delivery. Some credit cards include Instacart+ as a perk; check yours before signing up.
- Amazon. Amazon Prime members can order through Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods Market in the Orlando area. Delivery is free for Prime members who meet the order minimum. You can schedule a delivery window like a regular Amazon order. Amazon Fresh works well if your family already has a Prime membership. The selection is broad and delivery windows are reliable.
- Walmart. Walmart+ members get free delivery from the nearest Walmart Supercenter. The store carries groceries, snacks, and bottled water. It also stocks baby supplies, medicine, and household items. A Walmart+ membership also includes a free trial period, so you can sign up just for your trip.
- Garden Grocer. Garden Grocer is a local Orlando service built for Disney Resort hotel guests. They have delivered to Walt Disney World Resort for over a decade. You order through their app or website and schedule a delivery window. Garden Grocer requires a minimum order and charges a flat delivery fee. Orders placed in advance qualify for early-order discounts. The service also delivers alcohol, though you need to meet the driver at the resort.
Delivery options in the Orlando area change from time to time. A Good Story Vacations advisor can tell you which services work for your resort.

What to order
The right grocery list depends on your room type. Standard rooms at Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Disney Resort hotels have a mini fridge. These are not full-size. It holds a few drinks, some fruit, and a small container of milk, but not much more. There is no freezer.
Family suites at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s All-Star Music Resort have the same mini refrigerator. Disney Vacation Club® villas have full kitchens with full-size fridges and freezers. Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort do too. You can stock up on much more in these rooms.
For a standard room, focus on items that fit a small fridge and do not need a freezer.
- Breakfast basics. Cereal, granola bars, muffins, bagels, peanut butter. Small containers of milk or juice work best.
- Snacks for the parks. Trail mix, crackers, fruit snacks, and single-serve treats that fit in a park bag.
- Drinks. Bottled water, juice boxes, and sports drinks.
- Baby and toddler supplies. Formula, baby food pouches, diapers, wipes, and small snack cups.
- Medicine and toiletries. Sunscreen, pain relievers, allergy medicine, blister bandages, and aloe vera gel for sunburns.
Skip full gallons of milk. A half gallon is a tight fit. Buy small containers and restock mid-trip if needed. Ice is free from resort ice machines. A small cooler bag from home can extend your cold storage. The packing list covers what to bring from home versus what to order ahead.

Disney Resort gift shops
Every Disney Resort hotel has a gift shop that doubles as a convenience store. The shop carries snacks, meals, toiletries, and sunscreen. You can also find diapers, baby medicine, phone chargers, and first-aid supplies.
Gift shop prices run a bit higher than a grocery store, but the convenience is hard to beat. If you forgot sunscreen or need a quick breakfast item, the gift shop opens early and stays open late.
Your resort’s quick-service restaurant sells grab-and-go items too. Look for fruit, yogurt, bottled drinks, and pre-made sandwiches. These are available from early morning and work well with a dining plan if your family adds one to your package.
Tips for a smooth vacation grocery delivery
- Use your resort’s street address. Enter the address for the front lobby, not a building number or bus stop. A quick web search for your resort’s name plus “address” gives you the right one.
- Add your name and “Guest” to the delivery notes. Use the same name as your reservation. Include the word “Guest” so Bell Services knows the order is yours. Add your arrival date and phone number too.
- Schedule for check-in day. Deliveries work best when timed to your arrival. Bell Services holds everything, so it does not matter if you arrive after the delivery.
- Know your fridge size. Standard rooms have a mini refrigerator, not a full-size fridge. It fits a few drinks, some fruit, and a small container of milk. Plan your order around what the mini refrigerator can hold.
- Bring a cooler bag. A soft cooler takes up almost no suitcase space. Fill it with ice from the resort ice machines for extra cold storage. It pays off on longer Disney vacations.
- Order smaller sizes. Small sizes fit the mini fridge best. Go with half-gallon milk, small juice bottles, and snack-size packages.
